Read the label
Check the garment-specific washing, drying and ironing symbols before cleaning. If anything is unclear, ask before washing.
Preserve the pleats
Hang or fold along the existing pleat lines. Avoid pressing a new crease across the garment.
Store with room
Let the garment dry completely before storage and avoid compressing its shape for long periods.
