These terms apply to your use of hakamapant.com and to purchases of products actually offered through its checkout. HAKAMA PANT is the store name used here. By placing an order you agree to the terms shown at checkout and the policies linked there. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.

We may update these terms for future site use or orders. An update does not silently change the agreed terms of an order already accepted.

No. The Explore pages show generated design concepts, including a planned $150 price. They are not photographs of finished goods and do not establish stock, sizing, material or an offer to sell. Only a published product with an enabled checkout can be ordered. The product page and final checkout show the details and total that apply to that purchase.

We aim to keep photographs, descriptions and measurements for published products accurate. Colours and texture may appear differently across screens. Check the specific product page for available sizes and care information; a general guide cannot replace item measurements.

Store prices are displayed in US dollars unless a different currency is clearly shown. Shipping and any tax collected by the store are shown before payment. Import duties or taxes charged by a destination authority may be separate. We can correct a clear listing error before accepting an order; if an accepted order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed terms, we will contact you and offer cancellation with a refund of any payment collected.

Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We accept an order when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation, subject to availability and fraud checks. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil and return any amount collected for that order.

Payment is processed through Stripe. Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details so that we can confirm and fulfil the order. If you spot an error, contact support@hakamapant.com promptly.

Destinations, charges and estimated transit windows are described in the Shipping Policy. The current standard delivery charge is $30 for a supported destination, as shown in checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier or customs delays.

Where import fees are assessed by your destination country and are not collected at checkout, the recipient may have to pay them. We cannot promise a specific customs treatment in every location. Contact us about a missing or damaged delivery so we can investigate and help resolve it under applicable law.

Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery for eligible unused, unworn items. Start a return with support before sending anything back so we can give you the correct address. The full conditions and steps are in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods may carry rights beyond this voluntary window.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders, scrape private information, or misuse other customers' accounts. We may limit access when needed to protect the site and its users.

HAKAMA PANT names, visual designs, product images, editorial text and site presentation are owned by us or used with permission. You may browse them for personal shopping and information. Reproduction for commercial use requires permission. Generated Explore imagery is labelled as a design study and must not be treated as evidence of a finished product.

If something goes wrong, contact support@hakamapant.com with your order number and a clear description. We will review it and explain the options available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
